Delivery timing

Contact DEVOX to confirm product availability, dispatch timing and the expected delivery date for your order. Same-day delivery is available on certain products only. Please confirm availability for your chosen products and address before ordering.

If your order includes long panels, boards or bulky items, tell us about any access or unloading restrictions when arranging delivery. Confirm the delivery arrangements with our team before placing your order.

Checking your delivery

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where available so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate next step. This request does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Our seven-day change-of-mind return offer starts on the day your order is delivered. There is no return fee; the customer pays return freight. See our return and refund policy for the full details. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by the change-of-mind return window or freight terms.
