Samples and returns
Samples are free, with $10 shipping. Our 7-day change-of-mind return offer starts on delivery day. There is no return fee; the customer pays return freight. Email our team to arrange a return.
This change-of-mind offer does not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact DEVOX so we can assess the issue and arrange the applicable remedy. The 7-day window and change-of-mind freight terms do not restrict those rights.
